Hi,
I'm having some thoughts around using either adding other users as delegates to a mailbox vs. making a Shared Mailbox for them and then adding them to it?
What is the primary difference between the two?
Is it the fact that Shared Mailbox's purpose is that mails in the Shared Mailbox are meant to be for public and a delegate means only adding other users to your personal mailbox?
