Show Account Activity IN child Opportunity

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

I'm trying to find a way to show a subgrid on an Opportunity that displays all parent Account Activities. The idea, of course, is that as the user is working an opportunity, any related activity with that account is readily accessible.

Any suggestions?

    Hi,

You can create a new Quick View form for account where you can add a subgrid of activities. You can then use this quick view on opportunity form to display activities.

    Hope this helps.
