Can't log into demo version

Hi,

I Subscribed to the demo of Dynamics BC on Friday and when I try to log in I get the following error:-

All the forum message say to fix the problem just change some setting in BC, but I can't log into to change the settings. 

  • I am logging in with the account I used to setup the demo
  • I do have global domain access
  • I have assigned a license to myself

    so it looks like I need to get the environment deleted, so as I can recreate it. But I can't do that, only MS technician can. MS support won't do that because I don't have a support contract. I don't have a support contract because it is a trial version. Sales can't help me and just want to move me over to a solution provider which I don't want to do at this point, I just want to evaluate the product without having to have a contract in place to do that.

    very frustrated and very disappointed in MS

    I can create a sandbox environment, but it looks like my production environment didn't get setup properly.

    But I can't delete the production environment and I can't create a new production environment. I do have the tenant ID, but didn't want to publish it.

    The url is businesscentral.dynamics.com/.../admin

    I hope you have the tenant ID in the first error message.

    I figured that it was a permission issue, but I don't know how to give myself permission. I assumed it would be setup when I created the demo version. However all the help files I can find on granting permission require you to do it from BC, which I can't log into.

    There is no other instances on the tenant

    Only one company, I can't log in to create an additional company. Yes I tried the link

    you dont have permissions to log in that company

    can you access another in the same tenant? you need to log and add permissions to your user or remove the company name (leave blank the field) to be sure that you can log to any company.

    if you cannot log into any company, we are going to need some advice from another person.

    Do you have a single company or multiple companies?

    Have you try to login starting with the base url businesscentral.dynamics.com ?

    If you have N companies, have you changed something on roles? You can open a specific company with the following url:

    businesscentral.dynamics.com/
