    Hi Partner

You can assign the  "User Level" permission on contact entity for "Create", "Write" and "Delete"  and Parent Child Business unit permission or Business unit permission (According to requirement) on the "Read" so that user can read the contact of other owners who created it and Edit and create only our own records.

You can assign permission to a Security roles for contact entity which is assigned to those users for whom you need to implement this scenario.

Screenshot of Privilege on contact entity for reference

    Hi Partner

If that's the scenario, you can probably enabled the field level security on those fields which should be hidden and add the users to field security profile. so that user who is not an owner of contact record will be able to see only fields which are unhide and not a part of Field level security

However with Field security enabled, even owner will not be able to see the value for those fields. Value of those fields can be seen only for the people who are added in FS profile.

You can refer the link to understand more Field level security and steps to create field  level security profile

    Hi Partner,

Please mark the answer as verified if this helps you out.

Adding a screenshot of Field service security profile and screenshot of fields, which will assist you further.

Field security Profile can be created by navigating to Settings -> Security -> Field security Profiles  and add the users for whom you need to hide the fields and add the fields accordingly

So once the user logs in  he will be able to see the fields value as ****** as shown in screenshot
