Is there a Step by Step guide to getting customer information on portals?

I want to create an interactive portal for my customers to use for their information.   I am using Dynamics 365 Customer Service Cases.   I want my customers to be able to enter new cases on the portal as well as bring up other cases they have submitted and edit the information or check the status.  I need something that explains this step by step preferably with video.    Also, how do I make it so my customers can see only their cases?

    Hi mcjx02,

I have done all these kind of requirement in my portal.

if you want to create new case from portal then you have to create entity form for this. check this article on entity form.

    crmhub.blogspot.com/.../create-record-or-entity-form-in-ADX-Studio-Portal.html

To retrieve all cases, you have to create entity list for this.

    crmhub.blogspot.com/.../get-list-of-all-records-and-view-it-in-Portal.html

To edit the case, you have to update the records from portal.

Here i am giving you the link of d365 portal's tutorials list.

    crmhub.blogspot.com/.../d365-portal-adx-studio-portal.html

still if you have any problem in portal then you can reach to me.
