How to Export customized/New Report definitions in MR

Dear Team,

we have created two new report definitions in MR.now i would like to export those report definitions and import into another server.how to take back up (or) export these report definitions .

Hi all,

i got the solutions.

1. MR design -->Company menu-->Building Block groups-->Export

.

2.In export it will show all report definitions.we have to select which one need to export.otherwise export button will not be enable.

3.Now t will ask the file name.then it will export in (*.tdbx)format.

by default location is as follows

C:\Users\Naresh.d\Documents\Management Reporter\Building Block Groups

4.if we need to import same procedure instead of export we need to click import.

MR design -->Company menu-->Building Block groups-->Import

I got an error " a building block group can’t be imported while any building blocks are open" after click import with D365FO. see screen below, do you know why, can you please help, thanks
