I'm trying to manually edit some 1095-C dependent under the W2 Edit box. However when I open the fields the dependents that were updated within HR are not populating. The drop-down box is always blank. I tried reconciling HR but they are still appearing as blank. Any suggestions?

I was able to resolve this issue. I found that the effective dates for the dependents were in 2016 in the SQL table UPR00904. I was able to update only the effective date and created date to 01/01/2015 and re-ran the wage file. I was told by Microsoft that if the dates in the UPR00904 were in 2014 or 2016 then they would not populate in the drop-down.
Are the covered individuals marked as 'covered' on the dependents screen in GP HR? Be sure to adjust the GP system data prior to marking the dependents as 'covered' as well, as the change data is stored in the SQL tables which are used when you are producing the 1095-C forms.
