Missing Department / Category

Hello,

Does any have an idea why a new category created under an existing department will not reach the stores when the worksheets are processed successfully? I created new new department & category to test if this reaches stores. When i check the stores, only one store received the department(not the category) and other store received none.

Any help to fix on this is greately appreciated.

    As always, check the time on each Server.  Being just a second or 2 can break it!

    Create a new worksheet with a old date and send it again.
