Hi Polly,
If it is running on Citrix, the settings needs to be done on the Citrix host. It will not use your local Windows settings.
It is running with Citrix.
Does AX client really run on your machine? Aren't you using RemoteApp or something like that?
I already installed the Chinese language keyboard, i can use it any other window software, but cannot change my typing to Chinese in AX.
Is it somehow specific to AX, or does it mean that you don't have a Chinese keyboard installed in Windows at all and therefore you can't use it in any application? If it's the latter, you'll need to add the keyboard.
