INVALID_WRPC_TOKEN when creating business rule

Searched the forum and the only solution I found was for on-prem dynamics where there is a registry change fix.  I'm on hosted dynamics.

See screenshot of error below.  Get error when saving a business rule.

    Hi,

    Have you tried from different browsers?

    I HOPE YOU ARE CREATING BUSINESS RULE WITH SYSTEM ADMIN ROLE USER.

    If not you can submit support ticket with Microsoft to fix this issue.
