Edit in Excel - Error with the source Customer_Card and a field name County

Hello !

Today I have a problem with the Edit in Excel function with Customer Card.
I have a error message who let me know that D365 cannot find a field named : County
I never had this message before the last update...  this is a screenshot (sorry but it is French-Canadian version).

    Hi Christian,

    Thank you for submitting the question. I just tested my Canadian tenant and was not able to reproduce this error.

    I am wondering if you clicked on the Edit in Excel button in the Customers page after the update? Or did you happen to have a saved Customer Card.XLSX file (from before the update to this latest version) which you opened and attempted to refresh? If you are using a saved file, please try opening/creating a new file using the Edit in Excel button. I appreciate any further description of what you have tried so far.

    Hi Tammy,

    Thank you for your answer !  I forgot to tell you that I am using Microsoft Edge (40.15063.0.0) to access Dynamics for Financial.

    This is, step by step, what I'd try yesterday... :

    1. Clicking on Customer tab (left side)
    2. Clicking on the Edit in Excel button
    3. Clicking on Open when Excel ask me if we Open or Save the file...
    4. Clicking on Enable Editing button on top of the file...
    5. The system show me the table in Excel with all the customer informations, except for the County column and show me the message (in french) "Champs d'entité introuvables" - "Dans la source Customer_Card les champs dépendants suivants sont introuvables ou privés : County".

    I was never saving files when I using Edit in Excel.  Each time, I generate this like a new file...  so I don't try to opening an old saved file.

    Right now, I am using the product Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus, version 1708 (Build 8431.2079 - Click-To-Run).

    Hi Christian,

    Thank you for getting back to me with this information.

    I have worked through these steps as well and still have the same positive/successful results. Additionally, I am on the same versions of Edge and Office as you. The main difference that I can see is in language. Would it be possible for you to connect to your Financials tenant and test the same steps in an English environment? If this still results in the same errors, then the next step would be to open a support incident so that we can work with you more closely on the troubleshooting of this error.

    Thanks again for getting back to me with an answer ! ;-)

    As you suggest, in d365f I change my region from Français (Canada) to English (Canada).  I already use Excel in English version, but my Windows 10 are in French...

    This morning, I perform some tests with others tables (Vendors, Contacts) and they can Edit in Excel without any problems...

    It seems to be a problem with the Customers table only...  and I have the same result that in all companies of this environment.

    Let me know if I can give you others informations.

    I would like to follow up on this issue.  Do I am the only one that this happens?

    Really weird, I've experienced on two different computers, one using the French Canadian Windows environment (and the French-Canadian Office) and other Windows-Canadian English (and the English-Canadian Office) and I get the same result in both cases, and this only with the Customers Table.

    Just let me know if I can try to Edit in Excel in other ways...
