Reasons for the differences of past base forecast when generating forecasting with different start dates

The past base forecast changed when I chose different start dates to generate the base forecast.

For example, when I choose 1/11/2015 and 1/11/2019 as start dates to generate base forecast, the forecasts of Nov 2019-Oct 2020 are different.

Anyone there know the reason?

    Hi Sharon01,

I understand you are using the machine learning to let system generate forecast automatically?  If so, the different time range can result in different forecast.

    Hello Sharon01,

What tool / feature did you use to generate your forecast?

    (Management Reporter, Forecaster, something else)

Are you referring to monetary forecasts or those that are related to forecasting the purchasing/sales of items in a MRP scenario.

Please provide more information ideally supported by some screenprints.

    Many thanks,

    Ludwig
