How can filter those customers with Direct Debit banking details (D365)

Hi :

Are you able to assist me on how to exclude those customers (that don't have direct debit banking details in their account ) in the DD files?

At the moment, there are customers that don't have any DD banking details and yet they are still appearing in our DD file every time we generate the file.

Your response will be highly appreciated.
