Users should be able to switch between the Process One and the Process Two. Currently, the button to switch processes is not appearing on the form. Why and how I fix it. Please provide me step step guideline.

    Check the following:
    • Are both BPFs active and published?
    • Do both BPFs start from the Lead table as the first entity?
    • Have both BPFs been added to the model driven app you are using?
    • Do users have permissions to both BPFs?
Likely the issue is one of the above. If the System Admin can switch to the second BPF but a user can't, then it is likely security related. If nobody can make the switch, then it's likely an issue of it being added to the App or a configuration issue.
