I am having an issue where the exchange rate is being updated with every SOP transaction. It seems as if whenever an SOP record is saved, the system inserts a new SOP record with the same rate but with a different time. These rates have no expiration dates and have a start date of the current date. Has anyone seen this before. This started happening after the GP
server was moved to a new server.

Keith, we have a client experiencing the same issue. Do you have any third party applications installed which create SOP transactions? I am wondering if this has something to do with Binary Stream Recurring Contract Billing.
