Hello
I have a static marketing list of type Account with 4 members in it. I have a quick question to know who will be the recipients for the Accounts? Will it be primary contacts? If primary contact field is blank then what will happen.

For email, the recipients are the Accounts only not contacts
CRM would use emailaddress1 of the Account to send email.
It should use Account details for other (phone call etc.) as well.
Stay up to date on forum activity by subscribing. You can also customize your in-app and email Notification settings across all subscriptions.
