Opportunity Quick Create Form Hangs in Browser

Hello, we have had quick create enabled for the Opportunity entity for two years with no issues. Suddenly last week the quick create form will not render, it just hangs with the three dots. We have not added any customizations to CRM since last year. Users use IE11, but it also does not work in Chrome or Firefox. We are on-prem, version 8.2.1.176. We cannot upgrade at this time for various reasons. I suspect this is a browser issue in IE11, but not sure what could have changed. Can anybody help? Thanks in advance.

Hi Goutam, I am aware that there are issues with quick create in Chrome. My issue is that it was working in IE11 until last week. I am looking for a solution to quick create in IE11. Can anybody help? Thanks in advance.
