We have undergone some server changes recently and they seem to be having an issue where attempting to create an ACH file fails. It was setup previously to go straight to the user’s personal folder which is a mapped drive on a file server. The drive letter has changed from H: to U:. Where can we update this setting within Dynamics?
The screen they are on when it fails to send the ACH file is in the Generate ACH File.
Can you confirm if it is the path under the direct deposit setup>select ACH Fields button> in the ACH Fields Setup window>ACH File Location?
