Moved mailboxes to cloud, batch emails not sent

Hi,
 
Since we migrated some mailboxes to the cloud, only for those users migrated it is not triggering the batch emails to be sent.
 
Email Parameters we have SMTP configured.
 
Nothing had changed on user setup for these users.
 
Any ideas?

    This might be a setting on the Microsoft 365 account for the users or the SMTP settings are incorrect. Can you ask a system administrator in your environment if a setting on the users is enabled to send email on behalf of their user account?
