TraceLogBase Table

Hello,

I'm seeing quite a few logs being inserted into the base log table. I've checked the tracing option in the registry, but this is turned off. Does anyone know if there is a way to prevent records from being inserted? Seems to be quite a bit of unnecessary overhead.

Thanks!

    Here's a related article... www.infinite-x.net/.../system-wide-alerts-in-dynamics-crm-2015

What I'd like to know is if there is a setting to prevent the async service from flooding CRM with instances of this entity.

    Hi Karsten,

Thank you for the response! I think we're talking about 2 different tables. The one you're referring to is the PluginTraceLogBase, whereas the one I'm looking at TraceLogBase which appears to contain a lot of messaging from the Async Service (Not plugin trace logging).

Querying the TraceLogBase table I'm seeing ~ 10 records being written per second in regards to Email - ServerSide integration related messages.  Here's an example:

    ErrorTypeDisplay

    InvalidIncomingMailboxEmailAddress

    Error Details

    <ResponseMessageType xmlns:q1="http://schemas.microsoft.com/exchange/services/2006/messages" p2:type="q1:FindItemResponseMessageType" ResponseClass="Error" xmlns:p2="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"><q1:MessageText>The SMTP address has no mailbox associated with it.</q1:MessageText><q1:ResponseCode>ErrorNonExistentMailbox</q1:ResponseCode><q1:DescriptiveLinkKey>0</q1:DescriptiveLinkKey><q1:MessageXml><t:Value Name="SmtpAddress" xmlns:t="http://schemas.microsoft.com/exchange/services/2006/types">sampleemailaddress@domain.com</t:Value></q1:MessageXml></ResponseMessageType>
