Automatic send campaign activity email on schedule date & time

Hi All,

In the sales hub module I have created one campaign. in this campaign i have created some email activity.

also i have give schedule start date and end date.

i want run this email activity automatically.

    Hi Madhav,

    Yes, you can set one date and time you need in the scheduled flow as Bipin suggested, then use 'perform a bound action' to send emails you have created in the flow.

    This action has a few parts as follows:

    • Entity name – This is the entity that we need do action.so we use “Email Message” entity.
    • Action name – There will be a drop-down list that corresponds to the “Entity name” chosen.Here we are selecting Send Email.
    • Item ID – This will be the GUID (unique ID) of the record to send.
    • IssueSend – This is a No/Yes option list. If this is set to “no”, the email will not send. If this is set to “Yes” email will be sent. 

    If your schedule start time of these emails are different, which means that you need send them with different time.

    If so, you can use 'delay until' action in the flow:
