I am thinking of using MSFT Social Engagement to conduct a study around a brand in Japan. Wondered how the tool handles foreign language posts? Can I translate using the software or should I only focus on English posts?

Hi,
you can't translate using the software but it will capture posts made in Japanese if you specify the keywords search using Japanese script. Depending on how you want to monitor the brand depends on whether you capture posts in English and Japanese, you could set up a separate search for each language under a category and then you can view them separately or combined.
