Hi All,
I am using the trial version of the Dynamics 365 v9.0. I have customized the Lead Source option-set in the Lead entity by removing some of the existing values and adding some new values. After this customization, I am no longer able to open any lead records, processes and business rules related to lead entity. I am not even able to open the field properties of the customized option-set. All of these operations are throwing the error as shown in the screenshot below.
Please provide a workaround for this issue.

A point to note: Mihir's suggestion may work but it will overwrite any customizations done to OOB Lead Components.
I would be interested in the underlying error. In your case as it is CRM online, you may have to contact CRM support.
I have also seen such issues come up after publishing all customizations and it tends to resolve after some time.
You can try creating a new demo instance # 2. Create a unmanaged solution and import the Lead Source and Lead entity from Demo instance #2 into the demo instance #1.
