We were issued object range for development in the 70m range. Is there a license file available for download somewhere for this? How do we get the license file? Currently we can only use this range on the Microsoft hosted online sandbox. We'd like to use it in our Docker container which is on prem.

Via Partnersource, you can file a ticket to the Operations Center with the requests you have. They are also in direct contact with the product group. You should not choose Technical Support Question on the Partnersource page because then you end up with CSS and they are not entitled to issue licenses.
