Scoring Models No Longer Working/Lead Scoring

We have the latest update WITH previews enabled.  I have created some new lead scoring models and they are no longer working - they do not appear on the Lead record in the scoring area and they are not scoring any leads despite those leads being associated with contacts.  The only scoring model that appears to work is one I created a long time ago that is very generic - score if any email is opened.

Has anyone else experienced issues with scoring models since the most recent update?

Anyone have any recommendations on what to try?

A specific model that I setup is to add points when a form is submitted, where form name contains demo. (form is named Demo - Get the Guide v2).  Normally, I would have seen the model on the lead record even if they had 0 points for it.  I don't see it and when I navigate to scoring models > related, there are no leads associated with it despite me having submitted the form multiple times.

    Hi @Stephani ,

    have you gone live with the scoring model?  This usually happens when you model is still in a  draft state.

    We have been playing quite a bit with scoring models with wave 2 updates enabled  and they seem to be working OK on our instances.

    Yes, they are all live, here is a screenshot of one.  This is even an exact duplicate of an older model I had created that was working.

    Can you stop the scoring model, check for errors and go live again?

    Also let's have a look at the storage limit for your environment and your marketing contacts quota?

    Providing it is all Ilooking good, you will have to raise it with MS.

    Let us know how you get on.  It is an unusual one.

    I checked again and no errors.  Looked at the quota and we are FAR under the limit.  I have a meeting with MS today to see what's going on.  I really hope its user error.
