we are running GP 2013. I am upgrading a user from Windows 7 to Windows 10. The problem I am having is GP 2013 works on the Windows 7 PC however, when I connect the Windows 10 PC it does not load. We have figured out that if we go direct connect into NW jack it works but the issue is when we connect PC via the Ethernet port on Shoretel phone it does not load. It loads this way with Windows 7 but not with Windows 10. Any suggestions other than running a new NW port for the PC.

I Agree with Rosemary...

W10 shouldn't behave very differently than W7 (i.e. UAC & Security)... What do you mean by NW jack ? are you talking about an Ethernet network plug vs. WiFi connexion ?

Hi,

We are on GP 2013 with both Windows 7 and Windows 10 Clients, the Windows 10 works well.

I am not too clear on what you mean by 'direct connect into NW jack'?
