How to create teams in Self-Service ?

Hello everyone,

I would like to automatically create teams based on the position hierarchy. When I set it up in the test environment from Microsoft (USMF), it works (see result in screenshot below).

However, when I follow the same steps in our environment, it does not add the team member in the self-service space. Here are the steps I follow :

  1. Assign post to employee
  2. Assign post reference to employee's post

Could anyone provide assistance please ?

    Hi Nina2021,

Can you change the language of the application and share a screenshot using English labels?

Can you also share screenshots of your position setup?

    Hi Nina,

In your last screenshot, you have selected a hierarchy called 'Validation hierarchie'. This is probably not your 'Line' hierarchy. You have to setup the position hierarchy on the 'Line' type hierarchy. You can link the positions by specifying the fields on the 'Reports to position' tab on the position details.
