Cost amount from RAF co-product disapeared after putaway work is executed

Hi colleagues,

In my current setup I work with plannings items with formulas that only report co-products as finished.
The raw material picking of the formula line has a cost amount and is thus diveded through percentages between my co-products.

So far so good.

Through a work template en location directive automatic putaway work is executed to a fixed product location. When the work is finished and the complete batch is physical available on the new location, my physical cost amount and cost price is disapeared.

Has this something to do with setup in WHS or inventory management?

Thanks for helping me out!

Kind regards
Dennis Hermans

    Hi Dennis

On the Item model group for the item, how is the Inventory model set? Is Include physical value ticked?

On the Storage dimension group for the item, which lines have Active ticked, and of those Active lines, which lines have Financial inventory ticked?

On the Tracking dimension group for the item, which lines have Active ticked, and of those Active lines, which lines have Financial inventory ticked?

On the formula for the Planning item, on the Co-products screen, how are the cost allocations set? Screenshot would be ideal!

    Hi,
Can you go to the database and see if the corresponding field has a value? Not sure if this is a data issue or a display issue.
The physical cost amount comes usually from a packing slip posting and the financial one from an invoice posting. Have you created both types of postings?
    Best regards
    Kevin
