Emails are failing to save in CRM

Hi All,

I am working on CRM 2016 On-Premise version 9.0.19.8 .

From past month I am facing an issue with emails. Emails coming into CRM are saving and are raising an incident.

I have verified the verbose logs and CRM logs. In the i found some Microsoft error codes. 

Error : "Microsoft.Crm.Asynchronous.EmailConnector.ErrorSource.ExchangeError" with the bellow codes:

-2147220969 The specified object was not found.
-2147220891 ISV code aborted the operation.
-2147220970 An unexpected error occurred.
-2147220190 The selected user does not have sufficient permissions to work on items in this queue.

I tried restarting the async services and IIS reset but no luck, Please help me with this issue.

    Hi Rushiraj,

    You can check the security role permisisons of the user for the outlook app.

    (1) Go to Settings > Security.

    (2) Click Security Roles.

    (3) Choose a security role, and then click the Business Management tab.

    (4) In the Entity section, review the Mailbox privileges settings. The security role should have User or higher settings.

    (5) In the Privacy Related Privileges section, verify that Use Dynamics 365 App for Outlook is set to Organization. If not, click Use Dynamics 365 App for Outlook.

    You can Synchronization of incoming email through server-side synchronization.
