Dear all

Hope everyone are fine. I am new in Microsoft ERP. I have installed sql server 2005 and Dynamics GP 9 server. I have also configured ODBC connection. A database is autometically created in SQL server named "Dynamics" but i can't be creating company. Actually i am not understanding the architecture of GP.

Please help me about this issue.

Gias,

I am sure this is not the answer you are looking for, but you need to hire someone to help guide you in the right direction. Implementation of Dynamics GP is quite complex and implementing it correctly is key to every successfully using it.

I would recommend starting with the printable manuals to get an good understanding of GP architecture, or you can start with Mark Polino book below for easier method of GP learning:

Now for the time being, go to Start Menu and locate Dynamics GP Utilities, for utilities you can and add the sample company data and add new company.
