25I have tried to install RMS 2.0 SP3 on XP SP3 and always seem to have the same issue. When you go to add a new customer or item it throws an error that the row cannot be updated. It you go back in the item or customer is there but it is an extra step that is annoying. I have installed the hotfix and it does not help. I have contacted MS support and they point to the hotfix. I just wanted to see if anyone else has this issue? I guess I will stick with XP SP2 for now until Win 7 has Ingenico 6550 support.
