Question 1:

Case Enhancement: To allow users to drag Outlook emails into a FIRM case (opened in browser);
1) New Entity Customization & Configuration (Entity Form layout, Tabs and Section)
2) Creation of a HTML Resource in FIRM which facilitates the Drag and Drop of the Outlook mail embedded to case screen.

Question 2

Case Workflow Enhancement:
1) Allow tagging of cases to multiple Organisation & Persons, 1 x Related Function and 1 x Group.
2) When viewing list of cases from any one of the tagged Organisations / Persons / Related Functions / Groups, the case should be visible.
3) Other minor cosmetic changes to case layouts.
