Hi,
I am trying to place the SystemPart Notes as first part of the "Customer Card" FactBox area, but it can be moved only inside the Attachment's section of the FactBox area.
- Part "Customer Picture" is set to hidden
- SystemPart Notes should be placed instead of part "Customer Picture", but it can be placed only inside Attachments' section. Is this by design?

Hi, I checked the source code, these two systemparts, and no any properties are set, just added on the page, and then automatically moved to the Attachment. I agree with Kim, this should be by design.
