Hi Team,
 
Can any one help me.
 
While importing case details through data template the below error occurs. Kindly help to fix the issue.
 
 
Results. Field 'Case ID' does not allow editing.

Results. Number sequence Basi_13 does not allow change to a lower number.

    Did you import data using data entity? What is the data entity name?

    Hi Narasimha,

    Does your imported file contain CaseID? if yes maybe try to delete it from the excel file and import again (as I'm assuming this will be auto generated)

    Also please give us the entity name.
