When creating mass collection letters, is there any setting that allows GP to automatically add a collection note that a letter was sent to the client?

If you are using Transactions>query letters to send out mass collection letters you should find a check box under print options that says Do not add customer note. Checking this box will NOT add a note but unchecking will allow the notes to be added to the customer note section indicating the letter template sent.
