RSAT : system.formatexception input string was not in a correct format

Posted on by 26
Hello folks,

While executing tests with RSAT, some inexorably fail on the following step :

When the user type either the activity number or a combination of phase and task code the remaining input fields are filled automatically.
Whether by inputing each field manually or selecting entries in the recording file this error keeps coming.
Has anyone stumble upon this error and found a solution ?

Charles

    Hi Judy and André,

I have found a solution to my problem by following the guidelines of the latest release note for RSAT (2.6.16196.59), i.e. setting the date format to the american format.
Configuring the date format only in RSAT was not sufficient, both have to be the US format.

    Hi André and Judy.

Here is the detailed summary provided in Azure DevOps.
The error occurs for any Activity Number that is inputed.

As for the exact the error, I am not able to point it out precisely. After some trouble shooting, the error does not seem to come from the automatic field filling.
