Adding Info Message on form load

Hi Team,

I want to add Info Message on load of record. But when I searched for it, it shows in x++ language. Can we add Info type message using Javascript.

For eg:

    If it's for Dynamics CRM/365/CDS you should be able to use setFormNotification - docs.microsoft.com/.../setformnotification
