Hi ,
I am new to dynamic GP. User generally use the report by navigating to Reports>>Inventory>>Analysis and open Purchase Advisory repory.
This report was coming fine as per now. But user recently change the company name from xyz to 123.
Report is coming blank now. Not sure what to do to fix this issue.
Client change the name by going through Tool >> Setup >> Company >> Company.
We reverted back that option. But still report is not working.
Not sure where to start to find the cause of issue.
We didn't modify that report. Is there a place any where errors are logged.
An inventory report is a summary of the amount of inventory a business has on hand at a given time. The inventory report is a physical or electronic document with numbers representing product you're able to sell now, inventory you are ordering, or inventory you need for internal business use. Where was the company name changed, just on the top of the report in report writer? Did you set security to the modified report after making the change? Or are you referring to having made a change somewhere else?
