Anyone encountered CA balances not matching GL balances even when all individual entries are equal?
What table can I use to correct the $0.20 that it is off by?
Thanks
Eric

Hi Eric - You might take a look at two tables in SQL. The AcctHist table and the CuryAcctHist. I found that the CA Balance pulls from the CuryAcctHist table but the GL Data pulls from the AcctHist Table. If the GLBalance in the Cash Manager module does not match the GLBalance on say your Trial Balance, then the CuryAcctHist table might be out of sync. I have seen this a couple of times over the year (not super common but it does happen)
If it is just a matter of the the CA and GL no matching - it's more than likely a date issue. CA looks at the date of the transactions where GL looks at the Period to Post. You would need to check all of the dates on the transactions in GL and CA to make sure that the transaction date lines up to the period to post.
Hope this helps.
