My situation is slightly different from the others posted on this forum.
Created Lead -> Opportunity (work based) -> quote. Imported quote lines from project for estimates. Everything looks good. Try to close quote as won. NOTHING happens. It says processing for about 20 seconds and then comes back. No change in status, no draft project contract.
Now, since it won't create a draft project contract, I try to create a project contract and associate it with the quote. However, I get the error message:
Exception Message: This quote is being closed and hence cannot be closed again. Please refresh after some time.

I have waited 24 hours without resolution.
