I tried to run Life event change processing AND Life event change processing but no Life event created after.
Below are my configuration:
- Life event type for Birthday and eligibility override (new, expire, change)
- Attach Life event type into Benefit plan type
- Change Birthday for some employees
- Add Eligibility rule override into Benefit plan
1st Run :
- Life event change processing
Only 1 employee has result
- Life event eligibility processing
=> No new life event is created
2ns Run :
- Life event eligibility processing
- Life event change processing
Only 1 employee has result
=> No new life event is created
Please help to advice
