Hi Purnima,
There isn't any standard way to identify if the email is generated from outlook or from CRM. There is a workaround wherein you create a field say "Is Created From CRM" and set the value to this field only from CRM form load either by javascript or from business rule (not entity level). This way when the email is created from outlook, this field will be "No" or null but for CRM emails this will have values.
The tracking token will be there for all synced emails if enabled.
