Custom entity default forms created with non-base language

Hello everyone,

I am facing the following incorrect behaviour on a Dynamics 365 (v. 8.2) on-premise environment. Upon creating a new custom entity, the default forms and views are created in a non-base language (in our case Bulgarian) although the base language of the organization is English.

I tried with several users (all of them using English UI) and the result kept the same.

Has anyone faced this problem before?

I appreciate any ideas/tip on how to solve it or even what might be causing it
