Hi all,
I followed the official guide to add custom service reports in Dynamics 365 Field Service and create a report. I’ve confirmed that the sample reporting solution was successfully imported into my environment.
However, when I test it on the Field Service Mobile app, clicking the Report button does not generate a report. Instead, the current screen simply refreshes, and nothing else happens—no report is created, and there are no error messages or prompts.
Has anyone experienced this issue? What could be causing it, and how can I resolve it?
