how can I find lot numbers by location

Hello,

we just finished putting our inventory on BC Dynamics.

I was able to go to items/item tracing and find lot numbers

I was able to go to item/availabilty by location and find items under each location.

Is there a way of finding lot numbers by location straight away?

    Hi

    I don't think there is any functionality to find that. Maybe we have build our own.

    Try Lot No. Information List to figure out the information about any lot no. This may help you a bit.

    Sorry this doesn't answer your question, but were you able to load inventory with all locations and lot numbers in one go? If so how?

    You can create a custom query or a custom report based on Warehouse Entry or Item Ledger Entry Tables, depends if you have warehouse or not.

    fields: Item\Location (bin if you have) \ Lot \ SUM(Quantity).
