I want to insert opening balances of inventory in dynamics GP 2013. Any one please suggest me the easy and best way.

I agree with Wasseem.
What you will be importing is an inventory transaction. I suggest you date the transaction to match the date you are using to put in your beginning GL transaction. This would be sometime before the first year you want to start using GP in Production. Do you own Integration Manager? It is by far the easiest.
