GST settlement report issue with TDS and TCS credit

Hi all,

We have depolyed this GST patch in our database but after deployment this patch we found error in this report. 

In GST settlement report , TDS and TCS value is not reflecting in standard report from G/L. 

I am unable to rectify the flow of this report. Please help me out with this issue.
