I have CRM application that represent all units in different building (Real State), I need when any user open the Application, there are visual image of all buildings when click on any building, will redirect to static form that I determined it before, Can I do this idea in CRM and How?

Here you can get the basic idea on how to implement a custom html page:

In the user's personal options you could define this page to be the start page.

With XrmToolBox - user setting utility you can set this for all users.

Additionally you need to implement a JavaScript /HTML 5 scripts for that page to dynamically load images (also webresources in CRM) for all the buildings.

Then you add logic that onclick of that image you open the specific real estate form.
