Hi Mayra,
I do not think you can create new Metrics in GP 10. I am speaking of creating a new chart in the 'Metrics' section of the home page. As Richard and Frank advised, the information is available, but you will need to possibly use an Excel report to show a graph.

I apologize for the inconvenience probably I formulated the question improperly.
In the metric system on GP is there a way to create a new metric that can display a graph indicating the best and worst sales clerk or this can only be done separately through Smartlist then export it to excel and then generate a graph.

The field USER2ENT contains the user id of the user that created the document.
You could use one of the User Defined fields in Sales Transaction Entry to record the clerk ID and then run a Sales Transaction SmartList filtered by the clerk ID. In fact, there's a UDF called 'Ordered By'.
