OCR Service cant assign records

Hello, 

we are struggling with the OCR Service. IT Recieves the Data as a XML correct but it wont assign it correct. It cant assign any data

Can somebody help us?

    Is your problem that the corrected vendor is not picked up in the Incoming document record or with the reading of the OCR data itself?

    To be able to find the correct vendor can be a bit tricky because the rules in the standard code is a bit strict in it's criteria.

    So i usually end up doing customization around that.

    Thank you for the fast reply

    It doesnt pick any vendor.. thats our Problem. Our OCR Service is Kofax.

    Sending the Document and recieving it works, but it cant assign it to the Business Central records

    Example:

    The Invoice Number is correct in the recieved XML data, but after recieving it nothing happens.

    You need to look at the OCR data that is read from Cofax and compare them to the data on your vendor.

    This can happen if you f.ex. have the vendors company registration number registered in another format in BC that what Cofax reads through the scanning.

    You find that in the ocr menu. In english i think it is called something like edit OCR data.
